how it all began
I'll keep it simple: Passion > Profit.
JPtheJEWELER is a fine jewelry brand specializing in custom and creative works of wearable art founded by third-generation jeweler, Jon-Pierre Medawar.
Continuing in the family trade; I quickly realized that making jewelry wasn’t just a job - it was a passion. Beginning at an early age, I started doing repair work which eventually lead to the dream of creating handmade, custom jewelry pieces that were not only beautiful, but spoke volumes. Whether it's an engagement ring that symbolizes a couple's love story, a custom pendant that represents a cherished memory, or a pair of earrings that celebrate a special occasion, each piece that I create is infused with intention and purpose. My goal is to create something that I would be proud to give you, not just something you would be proud to wear. If it means using ethically sourced materials that I carefully choose, or re-purposing your precious heirlooms that have been around for generations, I would be honored to create something beautiful and meaningful that will be loved being worn... as much as I have loved making it.
